Acharya Srikkanth (ND, DNYS), Acharya Ayyappan (DNYS) and Acharya Rajendran (DNYS,YTTC) are the disciples of the renowned Yogacharya’s Sri. T G Chidambaram and Sri. Govindan Nair both of whom have more than 45 years of experience in Yoga. They have studied and practiced Naturopathy under Sri. E. Narayanan at Ottapalam. They all follow the Hatha Yoga teaching system, the style is simple and lucid and easy for everyone to follow.

In the early stages Rajendran practiced Yoga under the tutelage of his brother Acharya Srikkanth who is also a well known Yoga practitioner with 20 years standing in training YOGA, for thousands of disciples in India and abroad. Rajendran has received the Yogacharya (Master of Yoga) from the World wide Institution namely Sivananda School of Yoga (The International Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Center) and the International board of Yoga course (The Yoga Institute Mumbai).

To quote Rajendran’s word ” I have been greatly honoured and blessed to have been trained under the world renowned Gurus of Sivananda Yoga, Swami Mahadevananda, Guru Prahlada and Guru Mani Chaithanya”. In the year 2005 and 2006 he was selected as the State Yoga Champion in the Senior Men’s Group. He has been invited to Israel for conducting Yoga classes, and he has successfully given courses to various international figures. From 23 rd May to 8 th June 2006 he was invited to Israel ’s Reidman International College by Sally Reidman the President of the college. He was also invited as guest Yoga lecturer to the Israeli Yoga Teachers Association by the Chair Woman Sima Chandrashekar.

Yoga classes are conducted by teachers having 10 to 20 years experience in the field of Yoga training. Apart from training, appropriate food habits are also taught here.
